OBJECTIVE

To engage customers in a fun and entertaining way while shopping for holiday gifts in both ecommerce and retail channels.

 

APPROACH

Cross functional user flow mapping exercise that informed the strategic development of the digital gift guide quiz experience, platform deployment and consumer journey.

 

RESULTS

Executed in over nine markets globally, and activated in over 60 US retail locations as an IRL interactive in-store experience. Results pending the close of the season.
