STRATEGY, MARKETING AND CREATIVE DESIGN
In response to the competitive landscape and rapidly evolving consumer expectations, I have developed a unique approach and positioned myself as a Strategic Marketing/Creative hybrid. I achieved this by proactively collaborating with both marketing and creative teams and investing in my personal development; recently getting certified in digital UX from General Assembly and Service Design from Cooper. By identifying the opportunity to holistically focus on the consumer journey as part of the creative development process, I have been successful at driving consumer-first business transformation and design thinking culture change in my organization.
