CONSUMER JOURNEY MAPPING

Lead cross functional team collaborative sessions to create maps and service blueprints that analyze the consumer emotive state across touchpoints, and alongside brand capabilities and resources. This exercise enables teams to identify gaps and opportunities, and strategically prioritize investments / resources to innovate, evolve and solve.

Drive iterative experience design with: low and high fidelity user flows, wireframing, persona creation, user interviews and usability testing.

Provide experience and service design for this online to offline B2C startup. Lead team sessions to analyze each touchpoint in the consumer journey to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation and surprise to increase sales conversion.
