OBJECTIVE
Rebrand and relaunch MAC’s IRL consumer classes and workshops program (MAC Technique).
APPROACH
Developed a mobile platform to allow MAC fans to expand their own Artistry by booking classes, record notes and videos during classes, live chat with a MAC Artist 24 hours a day, and access a library of hundreds of how-to videos.
RESULTS
App is available in over 65 markets and with 430,000 downloads. Over 80% of all consumer engagement activations in-store are MAC Technique.
