OBJECTIVE

Launch a new social/commerce business model to deliver innovation in consumer mobile engagement.

APPROACH

Partnered with platform vendor in early development stages to test and iterate, refining the product, brainstorming consumer journeys, use cases and adoption strategies.

RESULTS

With this new experience we were able to engage geographically dispersed fans from over 26 states. Pilot results had a 74% RSVP rate and showed 73% of participants would return for another experience. Next pilot will test commerce integration and inform roll-out strategy for Loyalty customers.
